Bake your own pizza with the unique 72-hour prefermented liquid yeast sponge BROTZAUBER®. All ingredients you need:
500 g | wheat flour |
290 g | lukewarm water |
1 teaspoon | salt |
3 tablespoons | olive oil |
50g | BROTZAUBER® |
Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for about 8 minutes into a smooth dough. Use the kneading hooks of the food processor or hand mixer.
Then leave the dough to rest in a warm place (approx. 23°C) for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 150g portions and work round.
Then let the dough relax covered for another 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes roll it with a roller and add the ingredients you like.
Now put the pizza into the pre-heated oven (220°C) and bake it for about 15 minutes until the cheese turns nice.
