Munich, November 29th 2023
In late October, IBA 2023 was held in Munich, the world’s premier trade fair for bakery, confectionery, and snacks. After a pandemic-induced hiatus of five years, the relaunch of IBA was a great success, with a high turnout of national and international visitors. As Veripan, we had the privilege of showcasing our baking innovations, especially PANATURA FORTE, at the booth of our distribution partner Lallemand.
We look back with satisfaction and gratitude on five successful days. Particularly pleasing was the opportunity to discuss with both existing and new customers who, like us, emphasize the importance of rapid innovation and the collaborative co-creation of products. This fair also provided us with the platform to lay the foundations for future partnerships with new collaborators such as machine manufacturers, and we look forward to deepening these relationships.
In addition to the overall success of IBA, we are exceptionally proud of the overwhelming interest in our natural and sustainable solutions, especially those from the PANATURA range of sourdoughs, pre-doughs, and mother doughs. This underscores the importance of our commitment and efforts to develop innovative and environmentally friendly solutions for the global bakery world.
