All baked goods made from our organic baking powder are characterized by a pleasant homogeneous crumb structure. Simplicity is key, so just like any other conventional baking powders our organic baking powder can be easily applied and processed with the other dry raw materials. Our product complies with the directives of BIO SUISSE for the production of organic bakery products as well as organic dry baked goods.
With this product comes a guaranteed shelf life of 12 months from the date of the production if kept under cool and dry storage conditions, away from heat and sunlight.
